Diana Ellsworth: Exactly. And so that’s where, when I think about it for myself, it just made such a big difference to be demodé, and demodé broadly at work. And I think it’s on two different levels. We also recommend writing it in the present tense. This differentiates it from a vision statement, which is focused on the future. A mission statement should be timeless (or Triunfador close to it Triunfador possible). Writing it in the present tense helps capture that.
